Bought my first grounding mat to try out about two and a months ago, pleasantly surprised that it worked and helped to improve my sleep quality :) Have since bought 5 more and a bed sheet for friends and family.
I feel well rested compared to before grounding well mat. My small dog also enjoy to rest on it.

Since sleeping on my grounding sheet , my sleep has improved & the Quality of my sleep is great . I have also found an improvement in less Pain in my hips & back & swelling in my feet & legs is much better in the past few days 👍🏻

I was alittle skeptical on this product. However, after using it, I did find that I was able to have better sleep quality. Will continue using it daily for better overall wellness
I ordered my grounging mat after I saw many positive reviews and I thought I could give it a try. I also received a pair of socks since I bought 1 mat more for my sister in law. I've been using the mat and the socks for about a month for as much time I can in the 24h ( I sleep with the socks on) and I'm so happy with them: my sleep is deeper, I am visibly deflated, little aches and inflammation in my body are gone. I'm going to give the fitted sheet, a mat and a pair of socks to my brother and my sister in law for their wedding and get an extra pair of socks for me! Love from Italy

Love my Grounding sheets! I feel more alert in the morning. I ended up buying both the fitted sheet and flat sheet. I have regular neck and head pain, and when I wrap the flat sheet around my pillow I wake up with none.
Also! My senior dog has tracheal collapse and has coughing fits. When I put him on the sheets, his coughing stops and he sleeps! Amazing!
